Jack Williams is Co-Owner of Hawaii Pacific Real Estate Group, where he focuses on helping build the people, systems, and culture behind the company’s continued growth.
A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army officer, Jack spent 12 years serving in the military before transitioning into real estate. His experience leading teams in demanding environments shaped his approach to business: set a clear standard, take care of your people, communicate directly, and continuously look for ways to improve.
At Hawaii Pacific Real Estate Group, Jack works alongside his wife, Courtney, the company’s Principal Broker and Co-Owner. Together, they have built HPRG around a commitment to exceptional service, strong relationships, and a team-first culture.
Jack believes real estate is ultimately a people business. Whether working with clients, property owners, agents, or members of the HPRG team, his goal is to create an organization people trust, enjoy working with, and are proud to be part of.

DK is the heart of our team as our Operations Manager, known for her warm and kind nature that makes everyone feel at ease. With extensive experience in the real estate industry across Hawaii, Florida, Connecticut, and Colorado, DK has had the privilege of working with some of the top real estate teams in the country. Her organizational expertise and dedication ensure that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly, making her an invaluable asset to our operations.
DK also brings a sense of calm and positivity to our team. She has a graduate degree in aviation and has always been fascinated by aircraft and the sky. LAUREN CHURCHILL
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Lauren serves as Executive Assistant to Courtney, supporting the day-to-day operations of the brokerage with the precision and care that keeps a high-performing team running smoothly. She brings a dynamic background in executive support and event coordination, paired with a degree in Organizational Leadership, giving her both the hands-on skills and the strategic mindset to anticipate needs before they arise.
Before stepping into real estate, she built a career as a hair stylist, where she honed her ability to connect with people, tune into what clients need, and deliver exceptional experiences under pressure. That same energy, adaptable, detail-oriented, and always client-first, carries into everything she does for the team.
As a military spouse and Army family member, she knows firsthand what it means to pivot quickly, settle into new environments, and make things work no matter what. Having made her way from Washington State to Hawaii, she has a deep appreciation for the island lifestyle and the unique needs of those navigating big life transitions.
When she's not helping the brokerage run smoothly, you can find her in the ocean, on the golf course, or channeling her creativity into her latest hands-on project. She's a proud Seattle Mariners fan, so she's no stranger to staying optimistic through the long haul.

SARA MARTINEZ

Sara first moved to Hawaii in 2017 with the U.S. Army, and what was meant to be a temporary stop quickly became home. She got her start in real estate in 2020, and helping people buy and sell homes here on Oahu is what ultimately rooted their family on the island. Since then, she’s had the honor of helping over 200 families navigate the Hawaii market.
She and her husband are now both in real estate full time—he runs the property management side while Sara specializes in residential sales. Sara primarily works with VA buyers and sellers, first-time homeowners, investors building rental portfolios, and luxury clients looking for something truly special. She’s a little blunt, very transparent, and fiercely loyal to her clients, most of whom become lifelong friends. Relationships are the heart of her business (and yes, she loves to talk!). Alfonso is originally from San Diego, California, and the Army first brought him to Hawaii in 2016 while he was on active duty. Like many who fall in love with the islands, he decided to stay and build a life—and a business—here with his family.
