Lauren serves as Executive Assistant to Courtney, supporting the day-to-day operations of the brokerage with the precision and care that keeps a high-performing team running smoothly. She brings a dynamic background in executive support and event coordination, paired with a degree in Organizational Leadership, giving her both the hands-on skills and the strategic mindset to anticipate needs before they arise.
Before stepping into real estate, she built a career as a hair stylist, where she honed her ability to connect with people, tune into what clients need, and deliver exceptional experiences under pressure. That same energy, adaptable, detail-oriented, and always client-first, carries into everything she does for the team.
As a military spouse and Army family member, she knows firsthand what it means to pivot quickly, settle into new environments, and make things work no matter what. Having made her way from Washington State to Hawaii, she has a deep appreciation for the island lifestyle and the unique needs of those navigating big life transitions.

SARA MARTINEZ

Sara first moved to Hawaii in 2017 with the U.S. Army, and what was meant to be a temporary stop quickly became home. She got her start in real estate in 2020, and helping people buy and sell homes here on Oahu is what ultimately rooted their family on the island. Since then, she’s had the honor of helping over 200 families navigate the Hawaii market.
She and her husband are now both in real estate full time—he runs the property management side while Sara specializes in residential sales. Sara primarily works with VA buyers and sellers, first-time homeowners, investors building rental portfolios, and luxury clients looking for something truly special. Alfonso is originally from San Diego, California, and the Army first brought him to Hawaii in 2016 while he was on active duty.
